Four-legged friends are warmly welcomed here! To ensure you can enjoy your vacation at Lake Gröbern with your dog in a relaxed manner, we have prepared dog-friendly offers, clear rules, and practical amenities in many areas of the resort. Here you will find all the information about accommodations, amenities, beach areas, and important notes for your stay with a dog.
Dogs are generally allowed in all our holiday homes. Our fenced forest holiday homes are especially popular with four-legged friends, as they can romp around undisturbed here. The surcharge applies only to one dog per night – the second dog travels for free.
One dog per room is welcome in the hotel rooms. The additional fee is charged per night.
You can also bring your dog to the RV campsite. Up to four dogs are allowed per pitch – completely free of charge.
Cozy dog blankets and two bowls (without food) are available in the holiday homes and hotel rooms. Dog bags can be obtained at the reception and at several points throughout the resort grounds.
Dogs are not allowed in the WALDELEFANT restaurant. However, there are two high tables available in the bar area for up to four people, where you may bring your dog. In the warm months, your dog is also welcome on the lake terrace and in the winter garden.
On the southwest shore of the lake, there is a designated dog beach that you may only use. The two main beaches are dog-free. However, dogs are welcome at the beach bistro.
Leash required throughout the entire resort area – out of consideration for other guests and especially for children.
