Our Lakefront cafe, located in the animal enclosure and right next to Lake Gröbern, is a highlight of our “Nature Experience” program.
In our small farm shop, we treat you to delicious fish specialties made right here on the premises. Our fisherman prepares pike, perch, and other fish from the nearby lakes using time-honored smoking techniques and is constantly creating new, house-made specialties.
The small but exquisite selection in the farm shop invites you to browse. In addition to fresh and smoked fish specialties, we offer house-made game sausage, fresh eggs, fine wines, and products from the Dübener Heide.
