Activities at the Resort

Our adventure playground offers plenty of space for young and older children to explore, move, and try things out. Whether sliding, climbing, balancing, swinging, or playing a round of table tennis, little adventurers will have a fantastic time here.
At the waterway with water games, children can experiment playfully. The seesaw or swing invites a short break. While the children let off steam, parents can relax in our seating areas and still stay close to the action.

Embark on a discovery tour through our lovingly designed animal enclosure.
Around 60 animals, including an impressive Highland cattle family, ponies, miniature goats, wool and pot-bellied pigs, quacking ducks and geese, rabbits, guinea pigs, bleating sheep, and chickens, feel right at home with us.
Along the orchard and our snack garden, you can observe insects in the fruit trees and at the insect hotel up close. Snacking is definitely encouraged.

Daily from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM

Tip: Why not visit the Seekate (fisherman's hut with a farm shop and bistro in the animal enclosure)?

On our mini-golf course, you play over different holes with obstacles – each stroke counts as a point, and a maximum of six strokes per hole is allowed. The player with the fewest points after the round wins. The facility is open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM; clubs and balls can be obtained at the reception for a deposit.

Weekdays: Adults and children aged 12 and over €6.00, child* €4.00
Weekend/Public Holidays: Adults and children aged 12 and over €7.50, child* €5.50
*Child = 6–11 years, children under 6 years free.

The Gröberner See is, of course, not exclusively suitable for swimming and cooling off.
A proper vacation also includes a boat tour, right? Whether leisurely in a rowboat, on a pedal boat, or even on one of the stand-up paddleboards (SUP), there's something for everyone here. You can also rent wooden rafts in different sizes (with a small electric motor). Reservations can be made through the reception. You will find our boat rental located right at the beach bistro.

Starting in October, our beach bistro will be closed. We look forward to welcoming you back from June with the start of the season!

For bookings over 4 hours, the price table starts over, meaning the medium raft begins at €50, and the large raft at €90.

How about a nice bike tour around the Gröberner See or to the Gremminer See to the "City of Iron - Ferropolis"?
We have our own bicycles, children's bikes, a child trailer, and child bike seats that can be rented for half a day or a full day. Or would you prefer to reserve a bike for your entire stay to ensure availability? That’s possible too. Please contact our reception, and we recommend reserving your bikes in advance.

You are also welcome to bring your personal bikes. Our locked bike shed is available for hotel guests. Our holiday home guests have a small shed directly at their holiday home to store their bikes. You can get the key and further information at our reception.

Our beach volleyball court at the beach, our soccer field near the animal enclosure with a basketball hoop, badminton rackets, a table tennis table at the playground, and much more are available daily free of charge. Corresponding balls and rackets can also be borrowed free of charge at the reception.

In addition to our main beach with the beach bistro, there is a smaller beach between the holiday homes. Both beaches are welcome to be used for swimming, splashing around, and sunbathing. At the main beach, there is also a beach volleyball court and the opportunity to rent pedal boats, rowboats, and stand-up paddles.
From 10 PM to 6 AM, there is a quiet time on our resort grounds, and our beaches are not accessible during this time. We appreciate your understanding and mutual consideration.

Enjoy small snacks and treats from our beach bistro. Available are, for example, various refreshing ice pop flavors, soft pretzels, or a portion of French fries. All snacks offered can also be taken with you to enjoy on the terrace of your holiday home, at your camper and caravan pitch, or on the balcony of your deluxe double room.

Of course, chilled drinks must not be missing on a great beach day. Enjoy our variety of non-alcoholic soft drinks, a cool Radeberger, an Aperol Spritz, a Hugo, or a coffee.

On the southwest shore of the lake (behind the main beach), there is a designated dog beach that you should use exclusively. The two main beaches are dog-free. However, dogs are welcome in the beach bistro.

The dive center is located in the Lake and Forest Resort Gröbern right on the shore of Lake Gröbern, in direct proximity to the Fisherman's Lodge. Lake Gröbern offers exceptionally clear water with excellent visibility.

The Gröberner See offers excellent conditions for anglers: From whitefish and carp to impressive perch over 40 cm – both beginners and experienced anglers will find what they're looking for here. Whether with your own equipment or spontaneously from the shore or boat, a quiet spot and a good catch are almost guaranteed. Fishing is allowed with the presentation of a valid fishing license.

Hunters also find ideal conditions around the lake and forest resort of Gröbern. In the nearby hunting areas of the Dübener Heide, you can expect diverse territories with roe deer and wild boar, as well as some red and fallow deer. The natural location, short travel distances, and the possibility to plan a hunting holiday together with your dog make the region perfect for exciting days in nature.
