Start your holiday day completely relaxed with our extensive breakfast buffet at the hotel.
Every day from 7:00 to 10:00 AM, you can expect a diverse selection of fresh baked goods from the local bakery Schiebel, fresh honey from the beekeeper, muesli, yogurt, fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as warm egg dishes and other delicacies.

To ensure you can enjoy your morning without stress, we recommend reserving breakfast in advance, ideally at the time of booking. A reservation on-site is also possible subject to availability, but it cannot always be guaranteed.

What makes our breakfast special

Our sausage comes from the Havelland apple pig, as the animals have 50 times more movement compared to animals in factory farming, live in social groups, and can follow their natural rhythm. They receive a special diet with apple pomace and are raised on a family-run, animal welfare-oriented farm.

Our jams are all homemade with a lot of love, featuring a rich 75% fruit content and, of course, are vegan. Enjoy the delicious varieties: Strawberry-Vanilla, Peach-Thyme, Blueberry, and Apple-Ginger.

We exclusively use eggs from happy free-range chickens. They enjoy life in the green – plenty of space to roam, fresh air, and the best care. Free-range happiness that you can taste.

We buy our honey regionally directly from the heath beekeeper in Schwemsal: https://heidehonig-schwemsal.de/

And on the weekend, there is a very special highlight for our breakfast guests: every Saturday and Sunday, you can find delicious Kaiserschmarrn at our breakfast buffet.

Fresh rolls from the local baker

Enjoy fresh rolls daily and, upon request, bread from the regional bakery Schiebel, which has been standing for artisanal quality since 1932 and has even been awarded by the magazine "Der Feinschmecker." Please order your baked goods by 7:00 PM at the reception, and they can be picked up the next morning starting at 7:00 AM. Payment can be conveniently made via your overnight bill. Unfortunately, fresh bread is not available on Sundays and public holidays.
